Who is behind LegoPops?

I started seeing sounds at the early age of 8 years old. Constant pressure to get my parents to investing in an instrument was quickly overlooked. They were not easily manipulated by my charms.

Instead I decided to bribe them into buying my first instrument - a Roland E-15 keyboard with the excuse that I would play music for old grannys at the local bingo hall.

The keyboard was soon swapped for a sampler which was exchanged for a drum machine, swapped for another synth and mixer. I even went as far as to trade my mate’s keyboard for an enhanced drum machine on EBay, it sounds a bit dodgy, but I was young and I needed the experience…

The same way I treated instruments I did with music bands, and eventually joined CVD, a local Italian indie band. I spent 7 years with them, gigging across Italy and opening acts of major artists such as Patty Smith, Subsonica and Afterhours.

Cut a long story short I decided to leave Italy to pursue a “professional” career in one of the worlds most vibrant cities – London, UK. Not able to stay away from my love for sounds I partnered with my 2 best mates, began throwing parties trying to spread my inspiration through electronic music.
